| The investment in, and benefit from, great advertising is the Client’s
domain. In our view, enhancing your relationship with your agency
through this programme is a means to optimise your investment and
therefore it should be paid for by Client. (Certainly up to the
implementation phase. Agency could be requested to pick up the tab for
their own skills gaps). |

| However if an agency asks for the intervention to help them save the
account, agency can pay, or negotiate with client to share. |

| If either client or agency requires some advice or training, independent
of a relationship assessment, it will be for the account of whoever
requests it. |
