Investigation
  • A meeting, or series of meetings, is held with the Agency to establish what they feel the challenges are in a particular Client relationship.
Interrogation
  • Current creative work is assessed objectively.
  • Relationships, processes and skill sets are evaluated in Client and Agency through a series of meeting with everyone in the advertising development chain.
  • Areas for improvement, system blockages as well as skills gaps in both the Client and Agency are identified.
Interpretation
  • A relationship and Training strategy is developed.
  • A timetable, costing and set of Key Success Factors for implementation are agreed.
Implementation
  • Adtherapy may handle all of the implementation, or we may outsource to recommended partners in certain areas.
  • Benchmarks are put in place so we can all see, at regular intervals, if things are improving, in the agreed tome frame.
The End?
  • Realising that a partnership isn't ever going to work, and that it’s better to just be friends, may unfortunately be the ultimate outcome of the process.
  • If so, we help develop an exit strategy that is fair.
